My Photo Christmas Card to you all
Comments (11)Celeste, the pictures are beautiful! Instead of kids, the cats (except for Zeus who needs a big hug) are nestled all snug in their beds" Snow pictures are gorgeous...looks like a rainy Christmas for me...and a warm one. But our crazy weather yo-yos cold and hot, cold and hot. But all you do with weather is talk about it, right? Your grandson is precious...love the Santa pic. My two and four YO grands were here today to make cookies with Mimi. After frosting and decorating, the two year old went off to play with blocks, but the Noah, the four year old was made of tougher stuff. "Chocolate chips are my favowite Mimi, so we made chocolate chips, then peanut butter cookies, then "but waisin cookies are my daddy's favowite, Mimi, we have to make them." so we made raisin cookies, then their cookie buckets were full, as was an additional box of chocolate chip cookies. I had to sit down for a while before I even cleaned the kitchen. I'm already planning for next year. And Celeste, we all enjoy your beautiful pictures so much. The amaryllis are really pretty. They go in the ground here when they are through blooming, and they bloom in the ground the next Spring, sometimes twice. I enjoyed your Christmas card, Celeste. Here is a picture of my tree. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas. kay...See Morestarted making my Christmas cards
Comments (4)I just made my mind up and then did it assembly line fashion. First stamped and sprinkled with glitter then cooked them all. then made the cut outs. I did the inside stamping first to make sure that was ok then did the layering on the front etc. I hate to finish the front and then have the inside go wrong!!...See MoreHere's my 2003 Christmas card (pic)
Comments (4)Thanks Minnie and Lia. I do hope that my friends and family enjoy my cards as much as I enjoy doing them. Here are the other cards that I've made. As you can see, I like water towers! LOL 2001 - the snow is wishful thinking! 2002 - My 2 youngest sons on their horses and Jammer and I on the bike. I'm already thinking about next year's card. Our town is so small that I'm really limited to themes. I'm thinking about using a picture of the church. It's been there since I was an infant and the steeple is visible from all over town. I don't think I'll have Santa driving his sleigh over the steeple, though! LOL Maybe an angel would be more apprppriate. I've also thought about the old theater that we all used to go to. It's no longer there, but I do know there is a photo somewhere of the big sign that hung outside. Lia, I'd love to help you with your card next year! But no printing!!! Oh BTW...I've ordered a new printer and computer. should be here next week!...See MoreDoes anyone order Christmas card online? Can you share site?
Comments (4)I have ordered lots of specialty items from celebrationsbyshelia.com. Look at her site. She can talk to you on the phone about your particulars too. She did my daughter's save the dates, our wedding breakfast invitations, and our Christmas cards for the past few years. One Christmas card featured our bridal couple's picture under the floral arch as they said their "I do's." I wanted to send that one because I loved the picture so much and I wanted friends and relatives from across the country who were unable to join us to see the happy couple on their special day. She will also address and mail the cards for you if you want....See More- 10 years ago
