fockea edulis, help.

I have a bunch of fockea edulis seedlings the majority of them look nice and healthy they are almost two months old but then I have a few like the one in my picture where I got water on the leaves and my LED lights burned the leaves causing them to drop. The one in the picture had, besides the cotyledons 4 sets of leaves (8 leaves) and now on this one I'm down to three leaves. There is still growth out of the top. Will I need to prune the vine or will new growth come out of the nodes. Will it recover in time without pruning it back to the caudex. I love looking at m t plants but when I see the ones where this has happened I get really bummed out. My oldest fockea is about 10 months old so I'm not very familiar with their growth habits and how they recover from things like this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Growing them from seed was alot of fun and I hope to use all these seedlings as future mother plants for many more seedlings to come.

Thanks.
