Reheating Sous Vide Questions

I've just made a river of different kinds of meatballs for my holiday party, vacuum sealed in a single layer, about 10" square, and frozen them. There are chicken (largest), turkey, and bison (smallest).


Any clue what the best temperature for heating them is? That would be the serving temperature, right? 145° F.? Any clue how much time from frozen to ready?
