Get the Mdl number of the evap coil. I would like to look it up. What about new lineset or flush old? If flushing it's important that size is correct to new condenser spec. Post back. IMO

Welcome back April. I am glad to see you have done some more homework. I own Carrier Infinity equipment, so I know it will keep you comfortable in the cold Michigan winters. I have heard mixed opinions about Lennox, but I have no direct experience. I am going assume Contractor #3 is a competent installer and he has sized your equipment properly. I am glad to see he is offering the Carrier rebates. Here are my comments for the Contractor #3 options: Furnaces: Option 1: I would not recommend an 80% AFUE furnace for your winters. Option 2: This is the two-stage Infinity furnace. It is a good furace and will work with the Infinity controller. Option 3: For $300 more you get a three-stage furnace. This would be my recommendation with the Infinity controller. Air Conditioning: Option 1: This is a single stage compressor. I think 4 tons is oversized for your climate. Option 2: This is the two-stage compressor. This is the AC to get if you have humid summers. This AC will work with the Infinity controller. I believe this AC with the 58MVC furnace will qualify for the $1000 Carrier rebate. Option 3: This AC in my opinion is over kill for your climate. It is not worth the money. Ask contractor #3 how much a 10 Carrier labor warranty would cost. You should consider getting this warranty for peace of mind for the next 10 years. I would also want to upgrade to a 4 inch media filter. This should not be a costly upgrade assuming you have to room to fit it. You should also qualify for the $500 tax credit if you haven't already used it.

Delta, Moen, and Kohler are all well regarded on this forum for the most part (there are always some duds and some unhappy customers). My plumber recommended any of those 3 brands when I asked him earlier this year. We have had Moens for years and have been very happy with them. I don't know as much about American Standard. I'd stay away from Glacier Bay from what I have heard. My plumber recommended buying from a plumbing supply showroom instead of the big box stores, but when I called Moen they verified that the faucets were the same as long as they had the same model number. I bought our main kitchen faucet from the showroom, but when it came time for the prep sink faucet, I bought it online for a significantly lower price. Look for a faucet that feels heavy, and if possible try them out in person before you buy. The installations at the big box stores leave a lot to be desired. That's where a plumbing supply showroom can be very helpful -- and it's a reason to give them your business, if you like to try before you buy. (I didn't have to try out my prep faucet since I just got the little version of the big one, which I love.) If you need to trim the cost a bit more, go with chrome instead of satin nickel. Yes, it's shiny but it is also classic and (in my experience with our Moens anyway) is pretty bulletproof. Check out the faucet reviews at the link below. We have plantation shutters on all of the windows in our home where privacy is needed (nothing covers the others) and love them. That said, they aren't for everyone, and I definitely would not invest the $$$ to add to them in a home to be put on the market. Add the blinds if you absolutely must for resale, but consider whether you really need to add window treatments at all, letting your buyer handle that. It's a small matter in the overall scheme of the sale.
