hello all,

i purchased 3 jockey sport bras with removable cup pads. washing directions stated to remove pads before washing. i washed pads separately. after about 5 washes the lining started to peel away and then about 2 washes later the it came off completely. so now i am down to a thin foam pad, which now is starting to rip. i called Jockey to ask for replacements and was told "we don't do that, u have to go to a fabric store and replace it yourself." "most people don't use them anyway"...long story short, she wouldn't do anything, offer me anything and basically did not stand behind their product. i am suppose to find my receipt, call them back, then they will give me a label and i am to return the bras., well, i don't think i have the receipt, so i am screwed. all i wanted was replacement pads., not new bras, just the pads which probably cost them about 10 cents., in a world so competitive, i am shocked they did nothing!! no more jockey for me!!!
