Comments (12)About salaries... this is what I read: Because she's a minor, Shawn Johnson's agreement with DWTS had to be approved by an L.A. County judge. The contract, a public document because it was filed with the court, was obtained by TMZ and contains juicy details about the stars' compensation for appearing on the show. Initial guaranteed salary: $125,000. Then Shawn earned $10,000 per week for weeks 3 and 4. Each additional week she survived after that was worth an escalating bonus: $20,000 each for weeks 5-7; $30,000 each for weeks 8 and 9; and a whopping $50K each for weeks 10 and 11. In total, she earned the maximum possible $365,000 for making it to the final show!...See MoreWhat a Idol Elimination! (spoiler!!)
Comments (22)I was also very pleasantly surprised that a major star like Mark Anthony would on his own go volunteer to help them with their in ears, that was just awesome of him. Getting used to those things is extremely hard and if they are not set perfectly it can cause the singer to be very off or have a lot of diffucluty. You even see the big stars jerk them out of their ears if they are not set right. The previous years they never helped them and they kids this year said that no one told them anything about how to use them they just said here use these. I think both Mark Anthony and Jennifer are very down to earth nice real people, I have been very impressed. And Stephen is an absolute doll, he rarely ever will say anything hurtful he tries to word it so that it is constructive but not hurtful. Great judging and great tutoring this year. I swear I thought James was going to wet his pants when Hulk Hogan walked out! I can see someone getting hurt though with all the horse play at the mansion!!...See MoreWho's Going to be 2009's American Idol?? *Spoilers*
Comments (17)Have to admit there are some really good ones this year. They each have their own style. Maybe the twist will be that there will be two winners. I vote for Adam and the 16 yr old, red hair girl. I can't remember her name either. I'm am sure most of them will come away with recording contracts but it is early. Only thing I don't like this year is that I am getting tired of Paula and her antics. I think she and Simon act so childish....See MoreCockatoo Does The Happy Dance To Sell Your House!
Comments (13)I love the bow at the end. Maxwell, our green-winged macaw, also loves music and dances to it. A lot of parrots do, but I've never before seen one do the fancy footwork Snowball can do. You can toilet train parrots, but it takes a lot of patience, Maxwell at 14 is still only half-trained, but we're working on it. Thanks for the laugh, triciae....See Morelily316
