I installed a new water ridge single handle faucet in my kitchen and it was easy to install and it works great except there is no hot water coming out of it. The hot water is working, and the hot water is turned on under the sink. If I turn the cold water off under the sink, water coming out of the faucet comes out when the handle is to one side but it never gets warm or hot. If I turn the cold water handle on and the hot water handle off under the sink, the water comes out if the faucet is turned the other way, also with cool/cold water. If both handles are on, I get water coming out of the faucet no matter what side the handle is turned to, and if I turn both handles off under the sink no water comes out of the faucet....so obviously it is not a problem with the hot water getting into the faucet. Does anyone know what could cause this or how I can fix it? (The old faucet worked fine with hot/cold water.)
