New grass growing, now hurricane coming

So, I'm not sure about this. I'm in central NC with Tall Fescue. I'm 9 days since seeding and 95% of the lawn has sprouted and is growing well. Very few unsprouted seeds left. Current grass is about 2 inches in height. It has been raining a steady, light to medium rain for the last week, which really helped the grass sprout, and now a hurricane is forecasted to slam into us with potential flooding and dumping over 5 more inches of rain. My lawn is very well drained and does not puddle. Should I be worried? Or will I be okay since I'm passed the seed stage? Fungal disease has me worried. How could I take any measures against this?

Also, I've had burlap down in a the areas near my gutter runouts for about 6 days now and grass is growing up through just fine. But how long should I keep these down without worrying about fungus issues underneath?
