Comments (2)It's an echeveria. They need high light, occasional watering and little fertilizer. I water my succulents a bit once/week. Let them dry out before watering again. Most succulents which die are killed by too much water. Use a succulent soil mix when repotting them. Succulent soil mixes have some sand in them, for good drainage. You should use a pot with drainage holes to prevent too much water from saturating the soil. Comments (4)Succulents being grown as house plants often do this. If it were me I'd just cut the spent flowering stems off and then wait until spring, repot so that the plant is in the center of the pot. Using a mix designed for use with cactus and succulents (shake the existing medium off at repotting time if it is not a cactus and succulent oriented formula)....See Morenemo8895
