Could be a sticking power switching relay. I have seen this symptom in several other brands of sets, but I don't recall seeing it in a panasonic. That would be the first thing that I would check. A simple test for this is as follows; remove the back of the set, locate the relay, turn the set on, then back off. Tap the relay sharply with the handle of a screwdriver. bizabet, my cat's acne came and went throughout his lifetime. Generally when we'd get it cleared up, it would stay cleared up for extended periods of time without being cleaned or treated- for us it was breaking that cycle and getting it cleared up that was the tricky part. The last time that cat had acne, he ended up losing all the whiskers on one side of his face as a result. I had him in an e-collar for a while, and also ended up putting soft-paws on his hind claws to keep him from scratching and mutilating himself. That reminds me that I also made a point of cleaning his feet/claws regularly to avoid extra contamination. I had heard, and strongly believe, what harebell said about lower immunity. This particular cat was also prone to having ringworm and similar outbreaks. That is generally associated with a lowered immune system. That's not to say that there was something fundamentally wrong with him, immune systems can wax and wane, but anything you can do to strengthen his immune system might help.

I went to install ad block plus, and it said I needed to update Firefox, which I did, and it was already on my computer. I use AOL as my browser. When I went back to ad block to download it, it still said I needed to update firefox, so, am I assuming correctly that I have to use firefox as my browser and not aol, in order to use adblock? That dang popup is still there! I do think it's a GW glitch because it wasn't that long ago a lot of us were complaining about another ad that took over the whole page.

I usually strip the leaves if they have mites. To make it fast takes some clippers and just snip them all off. I quit using miticides because I think the mites just become immune anyways and I got tired of doing it lol. I'm not totally organic or anything but have stop using pesticides and found a lot of beneficial insects that eat the bad bugs have returned.
