Those multi-colored little dinner mints. Yes, I like them. Y'know I was thinking about getting some of them just recently but somehow forgot when I was at the store. They were popular for things like weddings. Put them in a little paper cup mixed with peanuts or cashews. The sweet and salty taste is great. If you can't find any, let me know. I'll send you some.

I do not like the watermelon flavor either, however, these little candies are 'life savers' for me. I am type 2 diabetic and occasional, my medication or an extended period of exertion may cause a glucose low. If that gets bad enough, one can pass out, and once that happens, one is in grave danger. Five of the older sized lifesavers is equivalent to a teaspoon of cane sugar and that is the antidote to low blood "sugar". I carry 5 of these candies with me at all times in a small zip lock bag. When these get too messy, i replace them.

I really do not see a problem with it. I agree with wildchild. If you are responsible for children that are too young to understand NOT to drink hand sanitizer, which btw i imagine would taste so foul to a child (or anyone) that they are more likely to spit it out than chug it, then don't have it around. Better safe than sorry. Children that young should probably not have hand sanitizer on their hands anyway,scented or not. It leaves a residue and its much better to just wash their hands or wipe them off. This reminds me of the explosion of children getting sick and dying from eating Tide Pods. I am still baffled by that. HOW are children too young to know any better getting a hold of Tide Pods to eat? Tide Pods became popular around the time my nieces and nephews started arriving. My mom loves tide pods. No child in her care at her home (and there was often a LOT of em,let me tell ya, 15 and counting so far) ever got hold of a tide pod to eat. How? Well, she easily kept them out of reach. And by the time said children were tall enough to reach it, they knew better than to eat it. I would think that is common sense. But NOOOOOOOO, its apparently the manufacturers responsibility to account for parents not taking simple precautions. They had to come up with extra safety measures to make up for the lack of common sense. Its THEIR fault that because the COLORS made them look like candy. Its not the parents fault for not simply putting it away. Geez. Kids too young to know better than to drink sanitizer are too young to buy it. And its easy enough for adults with children too young to know better not to buy it either. Seems like an easy thing to avoid to me.
