Apparently as of 9/1/2015. I read this in our local newspaper's Business section that they had been working on this digitization for the past three years. I went to "What's New" at Ancestry to confirm, and they apparently have done all 50 US States, though not all counties currently yet. I checked California, & that site said something like 65% had been done for California at this point, though they didn't state which ones. This is most interesting, but it was unclear whether the basic Library Edition will offer this data. When I did some genealogy volunteering several years back, I used to often have old probate files pulled at our County Courthouse. It was usually very helpful. (Before California adopted no fault divorces, those files were interesting too).
