I love Cornflakes, but not Kellogg's. Compliments brand (a store brand).

Tonite was the first time I've felt like eating anything substantial since I was sick, on Wed. All I had yesterday was a bowl of cream of wheat.

I cooked some potatoes, heated a can of creamed corn, fried some onions and had the other hamburger patties. It was all great, except the potatoes had zip flavour. We bought them last week at a roadside stand that sells vegetables. They were supposed to be Yukon Gold, and they weren't, either.

The last bag of potatoes we bought were from our store, new potatoes and they had incredible flavour. Very, very disappointed, in the local potatoes.

I'll use them strictly for home-fries and oven fries where they can be spiced up to add flavour.

Chicken enchiladas smothered in green chili sauce, cheese, sour cream, lettuce/tomato.

I have a big bowl of tuna salad so tuna sandwiches tonight.

A stir-fry with rib eye steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, over ramen noodles.

Leftovers from last night. On the grill: trout, clams, itty bitty lobster tails, garlic bread. Corn on the cob on the side. Cherry cobbler for dessert. Not that I had room for dessert!

Friday is always homemade pizza night.

After reading what Nicole had though, I've got a mean craving for some chicken enchiladas!

We had halibut wrapped in foil with spices, onions, mint and cilantro, the last of the garden green beans, tomatoes and onions in lemon juice, and bread with a little buddah.

Oh I don't know.....that pizza looks tasty!!!!! :0)
