HELP! Small Bathroom suggestion

Kevin Chu

Hello All,

Im new to the forum and having renos done next week. originally i had the idea of what i wanted but now im torn. Reasoning being instead of having a regular tub i will now have a drop in tub, therefore i got to start thinking about tiles for the skirt of the tub.

My Bathroom Size is: 7.5ft x 5.5ft

This is what i have settled on so far:

Shower/Tub Area: I will be using the standard 3x6 glossy white subway tiles which will be staggered

Will also be adding an accent of the below glass mosaic tile (charcoal grey) at eye level. It will be a small strip as indicated in the picture. I will also be adding a niche to the end of the tub (opposite side of the faucet) and will fill the inside of the niche with the accent.

Grout will be grey or dark grey.

Drop in Tub:

This will be the tub

The edge of the tub will have a pure white quartz as an over hang (niche and window will be edgeds with quartz too)

The skirt: Same was colour as the mosaic glass tiles but they are on a bigger scale, 2x12. either in matte or glossy.

Floor Tiles: will be charcoal black and flamed 12x24

Hopefully you guys can help me out. Pretty torn. Concerns are that my bathroom is small. Other areas will be painted light grey. Any input helps.
