I put Cresent Irish Channel Clio in my home and I can't even get it to scratch by dragging huge heavy furniture totally across the room. It's like the finish is made of steel. It's the most beautiful flooring I have ever seen. Handscrapped and beveled. I ripped a 3/4" oak floor out to install it after water damage. Can't imagine an apartment complex using something that expensive but maybe so. I've layed a lot of wood flooring in my home and businesses and this stuff is by far the easiest to install. Seldom need a tap from a beater board it goes together so well. Just use plenty of glue and throw a few weights on it while the glue dries overnight and you're good. I'm happy!

i've never purchased from them, but in all honesty, you can manage your pool chemical balance with some very simple household ingredients....bleach, borax, baking soda(BBB)..plus a few other inexpensive items such as muriatic acid. Ljwrar,, the Cozoni looks perfect, and the others would do, but like the others I have found the interiors of the drawers are too small. The overall dimensions are good but the drawer interiors are about two inches too small. I have a couple of light boxes that should be in a drawer and I’ve found nothing sturdy that will accomodate it. Two of those three have really excellent reviews. Bpath, the Elfa units are fine, we have them in one closet for clothing storage but I don’t like the baskets on rails for these heavier items. I need drawers on actual glides, which is why the less expensive laminate stuff doesn’t work- — the drawers slide in and out on grooves in chipboard. Lascatx the actual drawer dimensions are too small on that BB&B product. Thank you for all these suggestions and links. I really want something that can be wheeled out when needed and tucked out of the way when we have guests in this room. It’s used often now for the portacrib for the baby, or for my nephews. Once the grandsons are bigger they will likely sleep in the twin beds. I fantasized about doing a custom closet that would house this stuff but i do need something on casters and I hang all my longest tablecloths in this closet and we keep a few of my DD’s Irish dancing costumes in this closet also so it can’t be completely given over to hobbies.

Overhaul done ....this time is the final. I totally forget until I'm knee deep in it, but the hardest part is just seating the pan top and making sure all 6 burner gaskets are lined up. take a bit of tweaking, then putting a bolt in to hold one burner down, then tweaking and putting a hold down, etc till you get down to the last burner, and since the pan is now tigher to the stove....the last burner takes forever to line it up good. Once the under side pan gaskets are done...the top burner O ring is the REAL PITA....for those who have done this job, I'm sure you know. The ### O ring they use does not sit perfect in the channel and you need to manage dropping it down and finessing it to make sure that O ring is flush in the channel (more often than not) - the O ring tends to slip out of the channel as its not sized to the channel... AKIN to replacing a gasket on a valve cover or timing cover where you need to finesse the gasket at times, but doing a stove add the complexity since it's still 1 *cover* but you have multiple openings to align against the *1* cover.
