Yesterday's adventure. My sister, nephew and I went to Mistaken Point Ecological Reserve, the site of thousands of fossils of the oldest complex life forms found anywhere on earth. You can only go with a guide and it's a 45 minute walk one way (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from the city). It was very interesting.

Comments (10)This morning my wife brought her young horse to the kennels so the horse could meet the hounds. The huntsman and several other members brought the hounds a mile or so down the road to a pond for a swim, and then back to the kennels. It was also the first time out for some of the younger hounds. 10 years agoEver try to get a picture of a Cabbage White Butterfly. They are the most nervous creatures and nearly impossible to catch at a standstill.
