Cracked backsplash

I have a 4 inch backsplash made out of crema marfil marble. I happened to notice as they were taking it out of the truck that it cracked into 3 pieces. I assumed they would make another piece and never thought about it again. Well, today I went over to the house and looked at the finished product. The marble has lots of veins in it so most people probably wouldn't notice but since I had seen it break I immediately saw that they used the broken backsplash!!! Quite honestly, I don't think it is noticeable to someone not looking for it. If you run your finger along the backsplash you can feel a slight scratch over the "vein" that is actually a break. Should I make them replace it or leave it as is? Unfortunately, we have a lot of issues with our granite install in general. I think this is the 1st time our GC has used this installer and it is not very good quality (lots of uneven gaps on the backsplashes and lots of chips that they have been able to sand down and make smooth).
