yeah!!! Here are some fresh pics. I was not correct on the date on the tag attached to the end table- it is 1975, not 1971. I would think these are copies. I also have a 'tv/entertainment center'. That is clearly marked Lane. I have not found that piece name yet. Also inherited an older leather recliner from a friend- I had never seen it before in his home- extremely comfortable. Leather. He jokingly said, "I'll put it in my will for you!". Three weeks later he died unexpectedly. It needs to be recovered as his cats became very friendly with it ;(( Might become an old 'Lane' house! Annette Holbrook(z7b), I will have to get dimensions later as I'm not home at the moment. It's not a deep room. One of the benefits of changing the TV location is that we could move the couch into the recess where the TV media stand now sits. If the TV were mounted over the fireplace it would allow for more space between the couch and the TV. If we were to go this route, then I think we'd need to add something like this behind the couch. We still need a spot for the digital receiver. And we could put forward facing shelves on the end of the sofa table. It would need to be deeper than the one below, but something similar. Here are the listing photos from three years ago. NOTE: not our furnishings. Looking at these photos, I'd think there is plenty of room but that's not the case.

This room would be greatly improved by a colored rug. Here are some examples. To many rectangles and squares in this room. I would move the ottoman to the near side of the sofa and for coffee table I would do a round table, either a single round table or two round tables next to each other, usually one is higher than the other. If going with a Persian rug or Caucasus rug as shown above, some people like to use glass-topped table to show the pattern of the rug below.
