New House Plants! Need identification help.

I just came from the garden center and had to of course by some things. But there are 2 plants that i dont know the names of.

Maybe you can help?!

Here is plant 1

And here is plant number 2

It is in a 2inch pot and has stap like leaves coming from bulbs

The second one is Beaucarnea recurvata aka Ponytail Palm. One of my favorite plants.

First one could be a Hoya. I'm more used to seeing the ponytail palm (it's not a palm btw) as a single plant per pot, you might want to consider potting on individually, or not, whatever floats your boat!

Yes, the dark one is "Dinosaur," "nero di Toscana," "Tuscan" or whatever your favorite name is for this variety of kale. Let it go to seed. When the pods begin to dry and the seed is a medium or dark brown, collect it to sow again. Kale is a very easy one to save seed from. And this is one of my favorite kale varieties! FataMorgana

First of all, I must say you have chosen a house with a lovely garden. Congratulations on your new home. For i.d. purposes it is best to have a close up of just one plant per photo so that we know what we are talking about, but I will have a stab at a few of them. The low variegated ground cover is a Lamium sp. The small plants with white flowers are Vinca. The three round shrubs are probably Box. The white flowers behind them are Hydrangeas. The white daisy flowers near the gas? meter are Shasta daisies. The shrubs near the pink bird feeder might be Azaleas. The large leafed variegated plants are Hostas. Thanks, I can't believe I didn't make that connection. I thought it might be a stray or woody weed. There is a Red Bud nearby. I do think the one is a daylily and my neighbor years ago used to have phlox.

I don't think the first is a Hoya, it is gorgeous but doesn't seem to quite have the same opposite/paired leaves of that genus. I may be wrong though. It is gorgeous, wish I knew what it was!

First one looks peperomiaish too me..

Could it be Peperomia glabella?

It's definitely not a hoya. I think it is some kind of peperomia.

But not sure of the type.

It was only 3 dollars so i had to pick it up!
