Wall color advice needed

Hi,
I am starting a kitchen remodel next week. My cabinets are caramel maple. My granite is steel grey. My appliances are stainless steel. The floor is tile in light beige tone. Now I need to pick the wall color. I really have my heart set on Firenze. Love the warmth of it... What do you think? Anybody has similar tones in the kitchen and painted the wall with Firenze? Where you happy with the result? Thanks!

It's funny, I looked at the picture and i was thinking, wow, someone with some real taste. Please don't paint anything green. Please please don't. It's just terrible. Your room looks great. Buy a painting if you want color. Do white walls before you ruin things with green.

Such a nice, bright space. I like the sage green on the one wall you show, but I wonder if it will be too much green if it was painted on all the walls. You have a lot of nice woods in the room and it would be nice to keep with the wood tone of the bar and adjacent console. It doesn't have to match, but by keeping it in the same family, I think it will be more cohesive than introducing painted cabinetry. You might be able to achieve cohesiveness with painted cabinetry if you mimicked painted wood pieces in the sofa area. I'm not a pro, so not sure, just my opinion. Good luck. I think Canvas tan or Manchester tan would be good, not to grey or golden. I recommend using a hex color finder or color wheel to find your perfect color!

Iristi, while I love that Firenz orange color, I am thinking that against the maple cabinets, it is to similar. It needs more contrast IMHO. Here are a couple examples I found and your wall color for others to comment on. The decorating forum is really great with paint colors, so you might try and post this over there as well.

This isn't the Firenze color, but is a similar look to show a grey countertop and tan floor.

This next one below, I like better because it is with a creamy off white cabinet. See how it has some contrast?
