Parsley with Speckled Leaves??

Growing parsley from seed in a pot. It's been doing reasonably well so far, but I have new growth coming in, and it looks like this:
Some of the older leaves have yellow tips, but I think that's a separate issue of my overwatering when the plant was young.
Spidermites? Mold? The plant is still healthy-looking, but I don't like the fact that my new growth has this weird issue. Does anybody know what's wrong? I'd go on and use some pest spray, but I'm still holding out hope for some butterfly caterpillars and I'd hate to nix them if they're around.
