My order arrived today. I too love the new packaging. I think the plants are much fuller than they used to be. Wonderful plant. I already have over 20 other plants sitting waiting to be planted. I guess I know what I'm doing this weekend.

I'm going in tomorrow to look for it, faith. I'm sorry to hear about your finish. That's frustrating. No pitting on ours. It's my son's apartment off the house so he's the only one using it. But there are some scratches. Those grates are so heavy, that it is hard to position them over the holes. That's what the scratches are from. If I were you, I'd go above Pacific Sales and give Viking a call. That really shouldn't happen in three months. I know Wolf is really good in their customer service department. I know someone that works there and he says that if the customer is nice and not demanding, they will do whatever they can to help. Why don't you do a post about the pitting on Vikings and maybe you can get info from other Viking owners. I just redid my island. I put in Wolf's 15 inch modules, one induction, a steamer and a multipurpose gas. I like my gas much more than my son's because it is a closed unit. It's stainless and so easy to clean. Don't put it off, call asap. and keep me posted. Good luck.

I spilled a citronella candle on my brand new TimberTech deck last night. I got the wax off of it but now there is a nasty oil stain. Anybody know how to get this stain out?? Thanks for any advice!

My fabricator dulled (scratched) my quartz by using acetone and Barkeeper's Friend to clean up. He came back to polish out the dulled areas after undergoing Caesarstone's training. It took him 2 1/2 hours to enlarge a 3" square to a polished 2' x 2' section. He needed to use increasingly finer polishing pads and it was slow-going. The polished area was duller than the original, so he stopped because he realized the entire countertop would need to be polished. He didn't like the results so they replaced the countertops. You do notice the marks more when the area is backlit by natural or artificial light. It can also be worse during different times of the year when the angle of the sun changes. My countertop went in in May and was replaced in the fall so I noticed the change.
