Help identifying a flower

Posted this in another of the million categories that is way less frequented, but maybe it will get better responses over here

Purchased a new house last year, and have been working on tearing out (killing) the previous owners horrible landscaping. I let most of the landscaping grow a bit this year so I could see what popped up. This plant grew out of the center of a bunch or Iris over the last couple weeks and just opened this weekend. I will be destroying this landscape area soon, but I might pull this plant out and save it elsewhere. Any help I could get identifying it so I can decide where to put it would be great. It's about 2 feet tall

It's a white balloon flower, Platycodon grandiflorus.

Long lived here, but doesn't like being moved once established (has a taproot).

that is it! Very heat and drought tolerant too. There are now several cold hardy varieties of differing colors available.

Embothrium is right-- the sweet-pea-like plant is a Baptisia. I would hazard Baptisia australis- blue false indigo, since that's the most common blue one throughout most of it's range, and used extensively in the horticulture trade. Both sweetpea and the false indigos are in Faboideae, so they are distant relatives.

The top one is a salvia. I have the same one in my garden and can't remember the second name. I started keeping a garden spreadsheet because over the years... I forget what I planted or what it was called. The second one is a rhododendron. Looks a bit like 'My Mary' by George Beasley, but with a bit more red. There's so many of these deciduous azaleas. They are lovely.

Help identifying white flowering shrub

I love my 'heirloom' mock orange (I don't know the name b/c it was here when we bought the house 20 years ago). No scent (I'm in a Boston suburb), but otherwise a glorious shrub. Mine is 12' high x 8' wide. Was planted decades ago, and has never failed me in 20 years - even when I had to cut alot off it mid-summer due to poison ivy wrapped around it bloomed the next spring (June for me) and always has alot of healthy green stems (canes?). Provides privacy screen from neighbors' driveway and the street.

Thanks sunny for the heads up. I'll have to be careful moving it. The choices in its current location are move it or kill it. Its really too bad the previous owners of the house let everything get so way out of hand. With all the herbicide I used last week I have a lovely ring of death all the way around the house now. Next spring I'll start completely rebuilding everything. For now I am just trying to save a couple plants.
