Looks like Veronica penuncularis 'Georgia Blue' to me. Great little ground cover that is covered with bright cobalt blue flowers in the spring.

I agree with trudi, that first one looks like Honesty/money plant. I'm also pretty sure the second one is a weed, broad-leaved or curly dock. Dig it up now, or things will get ugly. It grows a long, thick and tenacious root, and it will spread via millions of seeds.

Birds LOVE pokeweed berries so I used to let it be if it wasn't interfering with something... then it started coming up everywhere, and I mean everywhere! I don't know if it's as aggressive here as it is in the Midwest but I'd still say pull it, before it sets more seeds, unless you're willing to do battle in a few years. The leaves are supposed to be good cooked and in fact are sold canned. Berries are supposedly poisonous but not to birds.

Iron chlorosis does look possible. Has the curry leaf been treated for that? Did you cross post this on the Herb section? I just had an awful idea. I think the bugs that carry huang long bing (the nasty citrus disease... name spelling may not be quite correct) also prey on and maybe transmit this disease to curry leaf plant. I don't know what a curry leaf plant that might have this disease looks like.
