Nix regular oven for Steam/convection and Microwave/Convection?

Just moved and redoing kitchen + updating appliances. I'm looking to add an induction cook top on the island in place of the old electric range with microwave/ vent. Since both were electric, I decided to replace with double ovens and the more I see of it the more I am leaning towards the Wolf Steam/Convection oven. The question is whether to pair it with another regular wall oven or a convection/microwave oven, which I am thinking will do everything (except for open flame cooking - and I have a grill off the eating area on the porch for that) between this trio of appliances. Has anyone else put in this combination? The more expensive option would be to do a reg/convection oven + steam oven and have a regular microwave (probably a drawer microwave) installed in the island. My friend who has a Wolf Steam oven says she really does not use her regular oven anymore. Comments pls? Thanks.
