Need help review a Build's features

Hi - Can you point out any red flags or where should be improved? This does not have all the details but a first step. Location is MN. Thank you.

2 story finished basement (no walkout) with Sunroom
FOUNDATION
-8” concrete block, 12 courses high, set on footings with core fill. Changed to 13 courses for more light through egress windows.
-6” block used on top course of garage wall for 2 x4 stud walls.
-Korbel block at front of house to support stone orbrick.
-Waterproofing on the exterior of the house.
-1” High dense foam on exterior for R-5 insulation.
-Sump basket
CONCRETE
-4” concrete at city sidewalks and walk from driveway to front stoop.
-4” concrete with 6 mil vapor barrier in basement.
-4” concrete with ½” rebar in driveway and garage.
-6” concrete with ½”rebar at front approach and section of city sidewalk at driveway.
-4” concrete patio 13’ x 24.5’ behind 3rd garage.
LUMBER AND BUILDING MATERIALS
-2 x 6 studs 16” on center used on exterior walls above foundation, interior plumbing
walls, and sub facia.
-2 x 6 exterior walls to have R-19 insulation with 6 mil poly vapor barrier.
-2 x 4 studs 16” on center used on garage walls andinterior walls.
-2 x 4 garage walls to have R-11 insulation with 6 mil poly vapor barrier.
- 9’ tall main floor and 2nd floor walls with 2-story Foyer
- Mastic Carvedwood vinyl siding .044” thick on exterior walls with prefinished aluminum soffit and facia.
- Stone accents at front of garage and half high on columns as per plan
- Green treated wood to be used where bottom wall plates are in contact with concrete block or concrete.
-Header materials to be built from 2 x 10s or Micro-Lam LVLs where necessary.
-Exterior walls tied together with 7/16 OSB sheathing and Typar housewrap.
-3/4” tongue and groove OSB sub floor glued and nailed to 2x10 floor joist or I joist set at 16” on center.
-3/4” pine tongue and groove sub floor in Kitchen and Dinette areas for hardwood floors.
- Pre-manufactured truss with 8/12 pitch set at 24”on center.
-15/32” OSB roof boards on trusses.
-Roof to include ice and water shield, 15# felt, valley tin, “D” style roof edge, Raft-R-Mate roof vents, roof louvers, and Landmark shingles or equal.
-R-44 blown in insulation at house attic and R-22 blown in insulation at garage attic.
-1 - 16’ x 7’ insulated garage door with opener
-1 - 8’ x 7’ insulated garage (if garage has three stalls) with opener.
- Casement windows to be installed at exterior walls Andersen 400 series.
-1-14’ treated 2 x 10 installed at back patio door for future deck.
INTERIOR FINISHES
-5/8” High strength sheet rock on all main floor and garage lids.
-1/2” sheet rock on all main floor walls and garagewalls.
-Three panel oak or poplar doors with Schlage roundknobs included (lever locks extra).
-Poplar or oak casing (3 ½” head pieces, 3” legs) and 4” base.
-All doors, casing, and base to be stained and sealed. – changed to mission TRIM
-Poplar stair rail, box newel posts, with wrought iron balusters for the stairway. Changed
to glass railing.
ELECTRICAL
-200 AMP service.
HEATING
-American Standard natural gas furnace. 100,000 BTU, 92% efficient.
-American Standard air conditioner. 3-1/2 ton, 13.0 SEER.
-Two zone overhead supply duct system (manual damper system)
-Supply openings. 13 upper level, 12 main level, 2lower level
-Return opening. 4 upper level, 4 main level, 1 lower level
-Dryer vent rough in (final connection by others)
-(3) Panasonic ultra silent exhaust fans. (1) 50 CFM, (1) 80 CFM, (1) 110 CFM
-6” combustion air.
Misc.
(1) passive radon system. Added mitigation system after radon testing.
