Brown, dried edges on cherry tomato

I have a Sweet Baby Girl cherry tomato in a 16" self-watering container that's been growing like a monster this season. It has tons of flowers and green fruit and just a few days ago started to ripen the first few fruits. Yesterday when I went to check up on the fruits I noticed a small number of leaf sets with brown, dried-up edges, some shriveled to a crisp, others not so far gone. The vast majority of the plant is unaffected but I hope it's nothing something that will spread. This is my first season growing in containers, and while I've been doing my best to refill the SWC reservoir on a daily basis, the plant sucks up the full reservoir daily and there are times it remains empty for a day or so.

I feed with Jonathan Green tomato food 5-10-10 granular fert every month and
Jobe's Organic Tomato/Vegetable 3-0-4 liquid fert every two weeks.
