Need ideas for Annual Smoke Da Pig

As many of you are aware, each year the weekend after Labor Day we host a weekend event and smoke a 75 or so lb. pig.

I'm bored with the same old menu but it's not an overly adventurous crowd so I'm looking for inspiration and suggestions.

Here's the schedule:

We start the smoking process at 2pm Friday. Folks bring their campers starting that evening and it's usually potluck with some take out pizza or Chinese food thrown in.

Same goes for Saturday morning, campers coming in and potluck breakfast.

I usually have apps starting at noon inc. Lime Chicken wings, veggie platter, crackers & cheese, sausage, etc. we serve the pig around 2PM with baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, pasta salad and tossed salad. We have beer, wine, white sangria and a signature cocktail. This year's cocktail might be a Limoncello Collins. The only downside is it calls for soda water which doesn't hold well. The sangria and signature cocktail are served in drink dispensers. And of course we have water and soda for the designated drivers and kids. Desserts are brought by various folks so it is always different.

Guests ebb and flow in and out and folks eat all afternoon in between volleyball, horseshoes, swimming, corn hole and badminton.

At dark we have fireworks and s'mores at the fire pit.

Sunday morning we do coffee, muffins, bagels and fruit before everyone packs up and leaves.

Attendance varies by day, about 20 or so Friday, 75+ on Saturday and 30-40 Sunday.

So inspire me please, I would love ideas for appys, side dishes, the potlucks, Sunday breakfast or even a signature cocktail. Thank you in advance.

Also any fun decorating ideas or games would be great.
