The LOVE grandiflora rose, has dark red petals on top and the undersides are bright white! One of the most unusual roses I grow.

Comments (12)Is the first one "Old Man's Cave"? I went to Hocking Hills several times while growing up. First on family trips and later on school-sponsored overnight field trips. Just from memory I recall the name's of a few of the attractions: Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Cantwell Cliffs, Ash Cave, and if I remember correctly 2 other named areas. Comments (11)murraysmom - the sprinkler looks very similar to the creations of a craftsman that would sell them at Quailcrest Farm, Wooster, at their Spring or Fall arts and craft faires. He would bring quite a few and they would all sell out before the day was over. Last year and this Spring, Mom and I made the comment that we hadn't seen him at the faires. This sign was at a Japanese shrine (or was it a temple?). Anyway, I had to ask to find out that it meant "no graffiti."

11 years agoI like that: No Scribbling Here. :) Not a maple leaf, but if you squint and pretend really hard...it sort of looks like one from 40'. Maybe. My photo collection is sadly lacking. But a heartfelt Happy Canada Day just the same!

The only one I could find with an actual Canadian flag. In DC, taken from the Newseum, past the Canadian Embassy towards the US Capitol.
