What's for Dinner on Thursday

We had the chicken and rice that we were supposed to have last nite (neighbour brought us some grilled salmon).

Earlier this week I made them using a spice rub (cayenne, paprika, etc) and then basted the breasts with a pineapple and soy sauce and other stuff. We had the rest of the chicken tonite (I made enough for 2 meals)

It was plenty hot and spicy. It called for 1 tbsp cayenne, I'll probably cut it back to 3/4 tbsp next time.
