I have two issues:

#1.... It's a key start (battery fully charged) it starts on first turn and or pull but after I shut it off and try to restart it takes multiple attempts.

#2.... The engine revs high to low while mowing or basically even when it's just running. Air filter is clean. I took it to the shop last month n guy said he cleaned carb but I don't believe him. Guy was really shifty, had my mower for 3 weeks.

It's under warranty but what happens when you bring in a lawnmower you bought online they put the mower in the back n it sits forever. First thing they ask you is where did u buy it. What does that matter. It's under warranty.

Sorry but had some bad experiences with some shops.
