spider mites on bush beans

I have read about blasting them with water. I tried this morning, but it seemed very tedious to pick up and blast the underside of each leaf. Also some of the leaves seemed like they were getting damaged by the blast.
I like to avoid chemicals at all cost.

What is your experience in dealing with these beasts organically? Have you guys tried predatory mites? I hate shelling out $50 for something if it wont be that effective, but since this is an ongoing problem year after year, if I could establish a population of predatory mites, that might be worth the $50 in the long term.

what about neem oil? Does this work well against them?
