Can't resist the tree bed with the rocks: It has a lot of favorites, Philistine Champion, Purple Honey Creeper, Wild One, Lady Jane Pearcy, Hot Tamales and Red Hots...

Flames Over Africa has now bloomed:

Indigo Edge is becoming a real favorite with the perfect blooms:

I Believe in You is not a big bloomer, but I love the bloom:

Kansas City Kicker is a bloom machine:

Who wouldn't love Please Say Yes?:

Rapid Eye Movement is safe in my garden:

Black Falcon Ritual twins:

Rose F Kennedy is such a beauty:

Spiderman has started it's bloom show:

And that is my ten photos allowed. I hope the new camera does as well as this one has.

The tree garden is very nice, I love the garden shots. Indigo edge is so pretty and I really like Please Say Yes.

My Christmas Cassia is bursting out into bloom. I love it, but I should have trimmed it back this year, because the limbs are really long. One goes about 15 ft up into an oak tree. The Purple Showers are blooming like mad. The cranberry hibiscus (H. Acetosella) and Hibiscus radiatus are blooming, but not as bountifully as I'd like them to. Next year, I'll pinch them more. My milkweed and shrimp plants are starting to bloom. The purple wandering jew is looking gorgeous. My one penta is looking a little raggedy, but still blooming Vincas, which did not do well this summer with all the rain, are starting to bloom again. The Little Ruby alternanthera is looking a little faded, and still hasn't bloomed, but it's still pretty. The few marigolds that survived the rains are blooming, but they're really a pretty, bright yellow Nothing else is doing anything much.

I see you have done such a good job on many. I was reminded of this when you said this. Thank you Bob. Love this time of the year. Temps here at night are finally stabilizing and staying into the 50's at night. What a HUGE difference in the growth of mine. I will be pruning next week.))

I never trimmed the one I kept one year. It got about three feet tall the second year. Most of the leaves were a very dark green with only a smaller display of the red bracts. The yellow real flowers were beautiful. It was in a dark green ceramic pot and I really liked it much better than the ones you buy. I forgot to water it last summer and it didn't make it. I really need to do one again. I didn't cover it, but kept it outside all summer and into late fall.

The tree bed is so pretty! The heucheras will give it a focal point when the daylilies are not in bloom. I love the rock edging. All the daylilies look wonderful, so I can't pick just one as a favorite. They are all my favorites on this post.

kay, They are all very pretty,and that tree garden is the best of all.Indigo edge is a beauty.That spiderman is very pretty.I need that one,as I always lke to watch the spiderman on tv. and Rose kennedy is a beauty too.I have really liked that one for the color, loud and pretty.too expensive for my pocket yet.maybe some day,

I bought Rose F. Kennedy last year as a single fan. It is pushing up a nice scape. I have never seen it in bloom so I am excited. Love Indigo Edge! I wonder how hardy it is. It has not been on the Daylily Auction recently.

Please Say Yes is a phenomenal color ! So saturated ! I love it ! It really stands out from the rest

Thank you all for looking and commenting. Dick, you are going to love RFK. I started with a single fan, but it increases decently. Sarah and Signet. I have had Please Say Yes for several years, and I always really like the way it blooms and the colors.
Nancy kvb, I always love to see garden shots, and Cindy I am glad yo are getting scapes because I always really enjoy your garden shots. And Flames Over Africa is a lovely bloom t be so reasonable. A good Munson

Debra, the heucheras have become a favorite...do little work and very nice color..I ordered a new sun one from Bluestone, nice red color. And that rock edging is one of the favorite things I have done...

Jean, if Rose F Kennedy increases enough to divide, I will send you a start of it.

Really vivid blooms and I like the multiples. Your Please Say Yes had very clean flowers in this shot. It sometimes has splotches here, but is generally okay. Glad that Indigo does well for you, but I doubt whether it's for the North.

I believe in You and Rapid Eye Movement catch my eye (as does your Huechera bed). Rapid Eye Movement reminds me a bit of Philistine Champion (or am I not remembering PC correctly?)............Maryl

As usual, they are all wonderful. I think Rapid Eye Movement & Rose F K are my favs though. Love your photo of the garden bed. Your garden looks so nice. My daylilies are planted way too close together & cluttered looking. On the plus side though, I hardly have to weed there :)
