Extensive Flooding, Should I Harvest My Garlic?

We have had extensive flooding this year. May was our wettest month on record with more than 17 inches and we expect it to continue to rain at least through mid June. They believe it might stop after that. We have good drainage and no standing water, but the ground is like a wet sponge. My garlic is scaping, slightly early. It looks okay for the most part, but has a few spots where the heads have died back. I usually plant in October and pick around the 4th of July, but I'm thinking about picking early. Any advice from more seasoned gardeners would be appreciated.
