Tile prep when you have a raised floor house.

Hello, I don't know how this new format works I was going to do a search for the answer but didn't easily find it so I will post.

I have a raised floor house IOW it has a crawl space of about 3.5 feet in most areas 2.5' under the living room. I am familiar with Dietra, used it in the bathroom of house we are moving from had lost of broken tiles. Want to definitely use it again in this house to protect our tile from movement and cracking. I was able to get the plans and it looks like the floor joist are 2" x 10" and they are set 16" on center in most areas and 12" on center in the sun room that is in the back. Maybe it is tighter cause they put a pool table in that room who knows just guessing.

So my question..... Should we double plywood this house too before we put down the Dietra? Husband thinks it would strengthen house and give a more solid feel and sound. Thoughts?
