Test the pH of the soil, you may have overdone the acidic. Any evidence of insect or animal damage? Too much or too little water?

I'm not sure of your location or the variety of Blueberry plant,but it could be inadequate dormant chilling.Each one has a general amount of needed hours between 32-45F and if that doesn't happen,bud development can be affected.
It may be a tough choice,but most of the berries may need to be removed.After doing that,leaves should grow and the fruit will be sweet.If left with all the berries,most of the energy will be put in them,but it won't be enough without more leaves and also the plant could be stunted. Brady

Thanks everyone, I am in Michigan so we had a lot of cold, I will have to test the PH balance I guess, we have had a lot of rain lately. No evidence of insect or animal damage all other leaves look great, just none where the blueberries are. As for the type of bush I am unsure it was at the house when we purchased it 3 years ago. I believe it to be a high bush variety just based on how fast it has started growing in the last year. I will test the PH and report back.
