Hot Pepper Transplant Shock - HELP!

I purchased 4 hot peppers - habanero, ghost pepper, Trinidad scorpion, and Carolina reaper in 6" pots about a month ago and they looked fantastic when I got them. They lived in my greenhouse for about a month and then outside in the 6" pots for about 2 more weeks. I finally got the raised bed built (yes I am going to finish off the corners) and filled it with Miracle-Gro's raised bed mix (peat moss, compost, chicken manure, and soil).

Within a day or so of planting them, the plants started turning a lime green and dropping leaves. Over the next few days, almost all of the leaves fell off the plants. The photo shows their current state as of today.

The location is near full sun and they get plenty of water.

My questions:

1) What happened?

2) Will they come back?

3) Has anyone had experience with this Miracle-Gro product?
