What does a low Electrical Continuity mean for soil quality?

Hi guys

I just had a soil test done, and they said the EC was 0.01%. The pH was about 4.6.

I'm primarily looking to grow blueberries, so I was happy to hear about the acidic pH. Since I'm growing other fruit trees such as citrus at that location, they said the low EC rating meant I had to add fertilizer. How about for blueberries?

They didn't give me any other information.

It's a reddish soil, so if my reading is correct, that means it has iron and it's well aerated.

Thank you
