If it's a focal wall, wouldn't you want the wall hanging to be the focus and the center of attention? Also, a busy print needs room to "breathe." Not knowing how much space is left over on the sides, I second Sueb20's advice. (Also, if the decor is modern, I wouldn't think you'd want a lot of other wall decor vying for attention. Blank space is actually a good thing!)

I would move the mirror and sconces to where the painting is above the chair and put that painting over the couch, over to one side, with the framed pics stacked one above the other next to it. You might be able to use the little round pieces (can't tell what they are) with the paintings over the couch, too. The easiest thing to do for arranging is to cut out paper or cardboard templates the size and shape of your pieces, then tape them to the walls in possible arrangements until you hit on the perfect one.

Agree you need a piece over the couch, but consider something with a little height at the end of the couch to warm up the room. A Fiddle Fig tree or..... nothing wrong with a large faux tree as long as it's well done and the house isn't full of faux foliage. Appears you have a large pot there. A tree most likely would be short if your purchase faux. I killed a couple fiddle figs and finally because I love them got a 5 foot and put it in a large pot which I filled with packing paper so I could make it appear a lot taller, then more packing paper then Spanish moss on top. It is faux yet, but I love the look of the tree so? I like the muted map and architecture in the print.... it's crooked yes :) Tree is inspiration as it's a lemon tree not a fiddle fig, but really warms up the space. I just posted this on another thread a bit ago :( whoops! Not sure if you use the fan often, however my bed is you probably do.

No word art..... I think the 2 pieces are too wide together. The art should be about 2/3 the width of the dresser
