In the heyday of use of such products, the leading brand (and perhaps the original invention) was Liquid Paper. It was invented and then manufactured (for a while from home) by a woman named Bette Nesmith. When not busy running her business, she raised an only child, Michael. He grew up and went on to a career as a musician.

Michael Nesmith, member of the Monkees, and composer of a number of memorable songs. He was the heir to his mother's multimillion dollar estate, although the business was sold before her death.

Jasdip, I don't normally have any inspiration about possible answers to your daily quiz. Today is no exception.

Nesmith did a very short tour (about one month long) almost exactly two years ago. We saw him and he was very good. He had an entertaining and comfortable stage presence. Contrary to my comment in a recent thread, many of his songs (Different Drum, Joanne, Some of Shelly's Blues, and many others) were the musical manifestation of fictional scenes he imagined, almost as with an author or screenwriter. He introduced each song by explaining what he was thinking about when he wrote the song and the resulting lyrics. Unusual and very interesting.

Maybe cleaning? One thought I had today was "I'd be so happy if someone dropped by unexpectedly and my house was passably clean and didn't look like a grenade had exploded." That's why I've already started the 15 things in 15 weeks "Stuff It Diet". LOL. I doubt 1/3 of the rest of the world is as messy and disorganized as I am :-)
