FANTASTIC shot, Nicole!!!!! We only have ruby-throated hummers here. I always worry when we get bad weather after I've seen them return, but I guess they know what they're doing. They usually show up sometime around May 10, so I try to have my feeders out in early May. I haven't a clue when they might return this year because we're so far behind on the weather.

Oh, no, Nicole. Where are you located? We head north in a week (PA) and I'll get my feeders out soon after that.

I live high on a hill, backed up against the woods...in Colorado. My bird feeders have been filled.....I can hear the hummingbirds....they're fine....happens every year. I just feel sorry for them....
