Beginner needing direction

Hi everyone! This will only be my second year gardening in Seattle (or at all!!) We are building my new raised beds this weekend and will only have 3 of the 5 complete for me to begin planting this week. Boxes are 3x6 (12 in deep-three boxes) and 2x6 (18in deep- two boxes). I'm hoping to plant (in all 5): tomatoes (roma, cherry, cherokee purple), collard greens, strawberries, chives, parsley, lettuce, broccoli, beets, carrots, onions, sugar snap peas, potatoes, zucchini, and cucumbers. I have plants already (from last summer) for the chives, parsley, and strawberries. I have seeds for everything else (except the tomatoes, onions, and collard greens).

I have no idea where to start! I know it's a lot...but I'm willing to work hard. Am I too late to start some of this from seed? I'm ok with buying plants if I need to do that because I'm starting late. I just don't know what I can seed still and what I missed out on. Any help appreciated!!
