It's a Kalanchoe. My local SuperCenter has just gotten some in the other day that are in bloom. I'm tempted to buy one of them for myself. Just not sure which color. Perhaps all of them, lol. This may be a long shot, but I'm guessing that yours will bloom yellow flowers. :)

Thanks! It looks like it has been trying to bloom up some pink flowers in the winter, Unfortunately they didn't last very long, Do you think it'll need a bigger pot soon?

The flowers could be pink, yellow, red, orange...

If the stems need to be staked/tied to stay upright, it could use more light. As long as the foliage looks good, the roots are healthy.

The rate of growth would determine how quickly it outgrows its' pot. There's not enough info here to predict that, IMO. However, after a year+, concern about the condition of the soil should arise. When it's determined that repotting is necessary, often plants fit back in the same pot after changing the soil.

Yeah, I just went out on a limb and guessed yellow because of the wrapper(?) that to pot is in. All of the ones I seen in the garden center had the same type of wrapper that matched the flowers of the plants, lol. Now that I've talked about them, I think that some of them just might follow me home from the store now. Many plants have been doing that to me lately. It's like they all know how badly my green thumb has been itching for Spring to get here, haha.
