How do I deal with seedlings started too early?

Hi everyone, I collected some seeds last fall and started them far too early this winter. Here is what my seedlings look like today (there are 3 in each pot, getting overcrowded) at 2 months old, and we are still a month out from last frost date here. I ran out of room under my grow lights and I'm thinking of just planting them outside and crossing my fingers. They'll be going next to a paved area in full sun that retains some heat. Or, would it be better to leave them here on the windowsill for at least another week or two? Would appreciate any guidance as I'm a total newbie. Thanks.


Here is the plant the seeds were collected from. No idea what its name is, but I love the peachy orange color and I'm hoping some of its children look similar:
