So did you watch Katherine Heigl's new show last night?
Comments (10)Didn't finish. Scrapped it after watching about half. Took it off of the TiVo schedule for next week. It's almost a signal when they try to grab your attention right off with random sex, Why??? i guess others like to WATCH? I enjoy several shows where they TALK a lot about it but don't find it necessary to be graphic...and I love Big Bag, Mike & Molly and others of the same genre. I sure wish there was some network shows I could watch with my grandkids like we used to do with our own kids....See MoreOh, Survivor was GOOD last night! Spoilers...
Comments (26)"Fabio surprised me with his little tirade about not going to reward." Fabio and Chase had had a talk earlier in the day wherein Chase promised him that he'd take Fabio with him on the reward if he won. And Fabio promised that if he won, he would choose Chase to come along. Fabio and his mother live in different states and only see each other about twice a year. As Fabio said, Holly and her husband live together, so it wasn't as big a deal for them to get to go on the reward as it would have been for Fabio and his mother. And before you bring up the fact that Holly and her husband spent their 25th anniversary apart while Holly has been playing Survivor, it really wasn't much of an anniverary reward for them if they couldn't be alone together doing the horizontal mambo. "According to the spoiler boards there was a lot that went on during tribal that wasn't shown. Jane accused Sash of something that he denied. The cameras were turned off for a while while it was discussed." I doubt the cameras were turned off for any discussion during tribal council. It's a well-known fact that those tribals usually last around and hour and a half to two hours, and have been known to last even longer than that. It's just that it's always severely edited to make it seem like it's only 15 minutes or so....See MoreWhat, no Survivor thread? (Spoilers if you DVRd it)
Comments (12)Sushipup, I watched it, on your recommendation, but the only thing that stood out was the impetus for going straight to the elimination from the challenge. Is there something in particular you were pointing out? I have to admit, I don't remember half of these people, and half of the ones I do remember, I recognize, but would not have remembered if they weren't on screen. I guess I find the game overall more interesting than the people, who, for the most part, seem to be interchangeable puppets, typecast from the casting manual. :) It's a lot like watching one of those banned psych experiments, with palm trees. :) When I was looking for a list of participants, I found another blog where the writer was at the site while they were filming or something. He interviewed Vytas, who said that the whole creepy yoga thing happened when he was asked to help one of the girls who had a bad back. I seem to remember that he's a long time professional yoga instructor, so that makes sense. The blog also said that Peih-Gee sewd a flint into her outfit as a decorative element, got all the way out there, but when she went to use it that first day, the production crew stopped her and confiscated it....See MoreNCIS !!!DON'T READ IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED IT!!!
Comments (23)The entire Ziva/Tony 'love' story was unbelievable. Both have had MULTIPLE partners some were "love" some were trysts..and we are to believe they kept hands off all that time, all the while each finding the other THE BIG LOVE OF THEIR LIVES? Since that season ending I have not been emotionally invested in NCIS. Now we are to believe they were "together" but the audience was left hanging... Bottom line, the story about the kid of the LOVE OF YOUR LIFE you keep secret is LUDICROUS. That is dime novel garbage and back in the day--I would expect more of that show. I stand on the side the show "ended" with Ziva leaving and someone should put it out of its misery....See Morekatlan
