Building a shed with living quarters

We are planning to have a shed built on our property this year and need some
advice.

This shed will have multiple uses as the years progress.
Initially we plan on living there until the house is built. The shed is 16 x 24
box style gable roof. Due to the layout of the land and expense the plumbing for
a shower and sink will have to be on the north side of the property. I have read
to never install plumbing pipes on an outside wall so will we need to add an
additional semi wall inside to house the pipes? This will be built about a foot
off the ground on cement blocks so trying to allow for future access under the
shed in case of pipe leaks etc.

We are also wanting an outside shower
which will be on the north side. Is this a bad idea? It will need to be shut off
and winterized during the cold weather so will it matter if it is on the north
side and the pipes are run along the outside wall?

Plan to use a
composting toilet but future plans might include a septic with a regular toilet.
How do we run the water pipes on one side of the building and septic on the
other if they are 16 feet apart? Code requires that they are 50' apart.
