Bread baking in the Blue Star Range

We are in the process of building a new home and though this forum I discovered the Blue Star Range. I am going tomorrow with my builder to look at it in person--I am so excited!

My question to those of you who already own the range, how well does it do for baking bread? In our old house I had electric double Dacor ovens and used them a lot for baking bread and desserts. The Dacor ovens did a fabulous job with whatever type of bread I made, i.e., whole wheat made from freshly ground flour, artisan type breads with a thick crust, biscuits, etc.
