I have read about the warnings. I have used it for several years and it always works great for me! I've never used the nasal spray though. I always use the lozenges. I haven't had a bad cold since I started using it. As soon as I start to feel a sore or scratchy throat starting I use it right away. It generally goes away in a day or two and I don't get sick. I used to get a LOT of colds. I always keep it on hand.
