I have read about the warnings. I have used it for several years and it always works great for me! I've never used the nasal spray though. I always use the lozenges. I haven't had a bad cold since I started using it. As soon as I start to feel a sore or scratchy throat starting I use it right away. It generally goes away in a day or two and I don't get sick. I used to get a LOT of colds. I always keep it on hand.

I'll have some to share soon: Upcoming trip to RAINY Scotland/Ireland. Fingers crossed rain goes AWAY, but doubtful :o)

Best wishes on your birthday and throughout the coming year. I hope you have a wonderful day. Shirley

Sorry, just saw this. It's very basic and no real recipe so will give estimates on amounts for 1 person. ( 1/2 cup dry rice?) Cook rice separately, like normal. Cut up some cabbage (1/4 cup) and fry in a little oil till totally cooked through. If you like bacon (1 slice) you can fry it first till it's crispy chopped up and then add the cabbage. When the cabbage is cooked, scramble eggs (2) in a bowl with a little bit of sugar (1 tsp) and some soy sauce (1 tbsp), mix altogether and pour it into the frying pan of cabbage. Just before the eggs are completely cooked the way you like them, add a slice of American cheese. Melt cheese mixing it into the eggs/cabbage mixture. Serve over rice.
