Of the roses you list my personal favorite is Crepuscule. It repeats well, and it loves sun and heat. A Crepuscule in full bloom it is one of the most glorious garden sights I know.

Zepherine Drouhin is a lovely rose but I share your doubts.

Climbing SDLM is a good rose from all I have heard (never grew it myself), but I would expect those pale pink roses to bleach out to white in the strong Texas sun, and you said you did not want white.

My Reve d'Or a nice rose but the repeat is slight. A nice spring flush then scattered ones and twos of bloom.

I grew the shrub form of Old Blush and did not like it. In my climate this rose gets a lot of powdery mildew. I understand that the situation is different in Texas so YMMV.

I have no experience with Peggy Martin, Climbing Pinkie, or Elie Bouvillain.

Glad to know Crepescule does well in the heat and sun. I have been reading Mike Shoup's book and Crepescule 's pictures are all so lovely.

Crepuscule is without doubt one of my top 3 favorite roses. I had the most glorious one on a fence - the painters, when painting behind it, broke it off at the ground, stepped on it and killed it. They were real lucky I paid them.....I am starting another. It is basically thornless, easy to train and hardy, blooms a lot and is simply gorgeous. No scent, but who cares. I had Cl. Old Blush. Drought of 2011 killed it. Got huge, much bigger than you would want for that spot, lots of thorns, one great bloom, sporadic after that. I hear same with Peggy Martin, Cl. SDLM, Zeffie [and my experience, like I read, is that she takes 3 years to get going]. I like my Cl. Pinkie and its glorious in spring - again, sporadic after that. Of your list, Crepuscule is the obvious winner. I also love Clair Matin - lovely light pink blooms with a lovely scent. Dublin Bay is a red climber that I adore. Here is a photo of my David Austin Tess of the d'Ubervilles that I adore. Might look nice on your wall. Another climber I am just starting out with is Pink Don Juan [of course original Don Juan is beautiful] - it is gorgeous in full bloom at Chamblees, I am just now trying it. Dortmund is another red climber that is fabulous for me.

I grow several of your candidates. I agree that Crepuscule would be a good choice. Old Blush took a little while to get going here but blooms almost continuously for me. Mine survived the drought of 2011 with no watering. My Climbing Pinkie prefers to grow as a mound but blooms well. Peggy Martin is very vigorous and would need considerable pruning to limit her enthusiasm. I think Dortmund might do well for you too. It bloomed non-stop this year for me. I grow all of these roses in full sun with minimal care.

Well fancy that - another vote for Crepuscule from me...if for no other reason than it's colouring...which would fit rather well against those soft brick tones. As a plus, Creps is a very forgiving rose with a generous framework which will loll about, fulsomely, against the brickwork while obligingly hurling out a few nice flexible canes to extend it's presence. Not sure what you mean by longevity but it is dangerously enthusiastic in my garden, hopefully persisting past the autumn frosts, bravely hanging a few blooms till Xmas...and I have seen a few aging specimens - (benefits from a sporadic bit of brutish hacking every decade or so) but can largely be left alone. However (there is always one of those) I have seen it looking a bit miserable when it is dry at the roots...and it does have a tendency to mildew (but this might not be an issue in Tx)
I suspect I would be avoiding some of the more strident pinks or reds, but possibly some of the deeper reds might be good for you - Etoile de Hollande, Guinee - although I am rubbish at any of these which always look spindly, mean and are swinish to grow gracefully. YMMV obs but, having only failed with these climbers (they always look so...precious...and finicky but most of all, sparse), Might also be tempted to tuck a cheerful annual such as mina lobata or the little amber climber - ecremocarpus scaber somewhere while Crepsuscule fills out.

If you have a sunny aspect, Gloire de Dijon - rubbish rose for me but well grown in heat it is glorious indeed...and finally, to finish off on another warm apricot note, I would be expecting Ingrid to chime in with praise for climbing Lady Hillingdon.

..obviously a long way from you but just to say that climbing SDLM doesn't repeat for us here....a once flowerer only.... presumably the same where you are but I wouldn't know that... however, I'd probably choose another for that spot...
