Nice to read your introduction. Are you Suzanne? One of my daughters is named Suzanne. I'm Susan. For some reason I had no idea how confusing this would be to so many people. :-)

I'm in Pennsylvania, where it's terribly cold right now. I bought some seeds recently, but it seemed overly optimistic to do so.

Welcome from Central AL. You are a busy lady. I hope you and your DH are both feeling better soon.

I have one Daughter and 3 Grandchildren who like on a very small farm 3 miles from me. You can sometimes find me chasing goats and chickens. They also have a pig (that wouldn't get in the trailer to go to market), a milk cow that is expecting in the next month or 2, guineas, a turkey, a cat and a dog. Oh, I almost forgot the ducks and geese. The kids are homeschooled. DD writes a blog and just published a cookbook. They also have an exchange student from Denmark this year.

I'm on standby for keeping kids, getting them to activities, etc. It keeps me out of trouble most of the time.

We have two granddaughters and are busy ferrying them around to swimming lessons, etc. I live in Manitoba, Canada where we're in a major deep freeze. No gardening for us yet!! ;-]

East central Illinois, with farmland outside my back door. Retired a couple of years age and the missus is retired, too (geriatric nurse practitioner).

Welcome, Suzanne. Your farm sounds like the one on which I grew up. Husband and I are retired and only have one animal, our dog Henry. We have two sons, one daughter and two granddaughters. We spend our time managing his health care after two hospital stays related to prostate cancer and volunteering at hospice and the local nursing home. I have been visiting these forums for fun, information and inspiration for 14 years.
Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Welcome Suzanne, my name is Anne from the southern most city in Canada which is even south of the US border. haha when I was a kid I wanted to be called Anne Louise Lulabelle. I would love to have a chicken or two. My Grandfather had a chicken coop and it was fun collecting the eggs and feeding them. He also raised and raced homing pigeons.
